Thank you for providing such services. Along with many others I am impressed with what you at Mvelopes have to offer Cash Basis businesses. Apparently you do not offer any Accounts Receivable resources.
Anyway, my thrust as explained when you go to www.rpfin.org is the use the Internet like you are doing to meet the money flow/management/status reporting needs of smaller Non Profit Ministries (primarily Churches and Mission Organizations, etc.).This, of course, requires the appropriate Fund Accounting as it is necessary to know, and manage, which of the various Funds belong to the money on deposit, etc. One of the Funds is under internal budget control while others are under Fund Balance control. You might find the following web page about their their perceived goals and objectives of interest: http://www.rpfin.org/all/SevenGoals.html
Jim Bee explains all of this quite in depth in this Fund Accounting web page: http://www.bcidot.org/all/0041-01.html . Please also note how he has used the term "BuxBox" and "QBuxBox," rather than the "Envelope" term, in this web page: http://www.bcidot.org/all/0002-99.html .
Do you have any thoughts along these lines since much of what Mvelopes has to offer is also pertinent to such needy Non Profit Ministries.
