          If you have been around for a while,  you no doubt will benefit from grading yourself via the following "Ten Commandments".  which are issues that all Ministries must consider.  Take every step possible to correct any poor grades as below you complete this sentence --- " In your view, the Ministry:

09>		Has a good finance system that includes needed financial internal controls.				_______
